The Growth Stage fellowship is for female founders looking to connect with a community, learn from experts, share best practices and industry knowledge.

The next fellowship starts on March 5th, 2026.

This 6-month fellowship is designed to support and empower EdTech founders to accelerate the impact of their business. If you’re a founder of a startup in Early Childhood Education (ECE), K-12, HigherEd, Lifelong and Corporate Learning, this fellowship will connect you to a supportive network, provide access to leading industry experts, and offer tailored learning to help you grow your EdTech company.

This initiative aims to create a strong ecosystem that champions inclusive growth and leadership in the industry. It is spearheaded by the European EdTech Alliance, a non-profit organisation dedicated to fostering innovation and collaboration across the EdTech landscape in Europe.

Cohort-Based Learning Experience

Join an exclusive cohort of 12-15 fellows for six months, with programming tailored to your group’s unique needs, ensuring personalised growth for every participant.
Monthly Sessions with Industry Experts

Collaborative Knowledge Exchange

Connect with growth-stage founders to share insights and learn, both synchronously and asynchronously, creating a powerful community of knowledge exchange.
Full Weekend Retreat

Immerse yourself in a full weekend, in-person retreat that energises your vision as a founder, fosters meaningful relationships, and delivers impactful learning.
Lifetime Alumnae Network

Gain access to the Female EdTech Fellowship Alumnae Network, where you'll continue to receive support, resources, and opportunities for connection after the program ends.

Fellowship Details

Selection Criteria

To participate in this programme, you must:

Be a female founder actively leading an EdTech startup with a mission for positive impact.
Have a startup in the seed or growth stage with significant potential.
Be keen to contribute to and benefit from a community of fellow female founders, sharing knowledge and experiences.
Based in Europe or be able to travel to Europe for the weekend retreat.
Be available 1 hour per month for online sessions*
Be available to attend a weekend long in-person retreat*

Duration

The programme runs for 6 consecutive months.

Format

1x orientation session to meet fellows
6x monthly online group sessions with experts
1x full weekend retreat, in-person [Optional]

Costs

The total cost of the fellowship is 1500 EUR. This covers the entire 6 months of the programming, including accommodations and meals for the in-person retreat.

This year, you can opt-out of the Retreat and participate in the fellowship only for 1000 EUR.
